About | Kristin Belmonte, LCSW, LICSW
Kristin Belmonte is a psychotherapist serving adults in Connecticut and Vermont. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Connecticut in 2015 and has been in clinical practice since 2019. She currently works with adults and young adults (18+).
Her areas of focus include ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, chronic illness, cancer, depression and related mental health challenges, with a special focus on sleep difficulties such as chronic insomnia and nighttime anxiety.
Kristin has received training and supervision in the provision of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), an evidence-based treatment that can be offered on its own or integrated with other approaches.
